We got playlisted for radio 2, fingers crossed for 1 still, either way we shall see.... x
Played with Baaba Mall which was spiritual
Done loads of University gigs which have been sick !!!!! Absolutley sick. People sang all words to shark in the water.
VV vintage is taking ages to launch but want to get it right.
Getting stuff ready for comic
Album out soon, Im nervous. Whatever happens Im doing what I love so must remember that.

LOVE MUSIC HATE RACISM

Fantastic gig ! So much love. This is such an important cause. Gotta make sure those facists dont become empowered that they continue to spread hate.... music is a great way to do this. GREAT GIG.

Chair on the tour bus broke so I had to sleep on the FLOOR..... on the way home. Looked like a bunny in a cage, sleeping under the table surrouded by the bands cheesy feet !

ISLAND 50TH

So let me just begin to pour out my joy and happiness of being apart of this night. Performing with Grace Jones meeting Bob marleys wife and singin with sly and robbie ! No words can even compare ! I am a new artist on such a powerful label ! I never get star struck or nervous but yesterday night I NEEDED A NAPPY ! IT WAS THE SECOND HIGHLIGHT TO MY CAREER ! The first one is a secret ! But it was magical. I had only learnt the song that night and wrote all the lyrics on my hands so it was a little shaky and it wasnt my best performance but to get a great from chris blackwell himself and a smile from grace and a thumbs up from bob marleys wife, Im happy ! To island my dear label ....

Aresenal ball

We played the aresnal ball in front of all of the players of arsenal to rasie money for teenage cancer trust. Very exciting. We also shared the stage with the who ! Great band. I also streaked.... across the pitch. OMG ! It was amazing ! Any way great night ! I don think I could ever date a footballer, not genralising but after that ball ummm nope !

CHRIS BLACKWELL

I met chris blackwell yesterday, the founder of Island records. He signed U2, Bob marley. Legendary acts ! Amazing ! He had some amazing words to tell me !! LEGEND.

We shall be performing for the Island 50th next week and Im gonna be on stage with tynchy stryder and..... Grace jones shall also be performing !!!! OMG ! How awesome.

Vogue mag, glastonbury main, Royal albert hall,grace jones, dreams are truly coming true....

Capitol records

Very psyched. I have signed my record deal to capitol records.I am very excited. They have a great way of marketing and promoting women who do awkward pop music. Katy Perry, Lilly allen.... its a great historic label very much like Island records.... fingers crossed things go well. America here we come ! xx
